Accommodation
There are a number of , including on-campus and off-campus housing. For students who opt for off-campus housing, the Apartment Referral Service is a Washington University office that maintains a list of private landlords. Privately owned apartments are available in all of the neighborhoods surrounding campus.

Additional Mandatory Fees
Washington University has additional mandatory fees which are outlined on the page, of which the聽Health and Wellness聽Fee is applicable to exchange students. These fees cannot not be waived.聽
Note: if attending for only one semester, the聽Health and Wellness聽Fee will be half the annual fee, as published.

A range of funding for student exchange including scholarships, grants and loans are available to UQ students.
Insurance
Students approved to participate in a Semester-based Exchange are automatically covered by UQ鈥檚 Travel Insurance for the country of their host university only.

If you plan to travel outside of your host country, you should purchase additional insurance.
All international students are required to purchase student health insurance and prescription drug coverage. Exchange students are not eligible to waive this requirement. See for clarification of the Washington University Medical Insurance Plan.
