Pros: convenience traffic(underground station nearby), nice host.
Cons: older building(seems was built in 1960s), no lift, noisy environment(food stores around open early and close very late)
Advice/Top Tips听
Live near the underground station, bring enough cash(visa and mastercard are unavilable in many stores).听
